About Crew
Crew is provided by Sinuosity LLC under the Sinuosity AI brand. These terms describe use of Crew and its public pages. Crew is currently in testing, and features may change or be unavailable. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
For the iPhone app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a different license is supplied through the App Store.
AI assistance and your decisions
Crew members are AI, including their voices and personalities. They can misunderstand requests, provide inaccurate information, or fail to complete work. Check important facts and review outputs before relying on them. Crew does not provide emergency services or replace qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Connected-service actions depend on the permissions you grant. Review the exact recipients, content, and other details before approving an action. You remain responsible for the instructions you provide and the actions you approve.
Your account and content
Use only accounts, content, and services you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize the processing needed to provide the features you choose, as explained in the privacy policy. Do not submit content you do not have permission to share.
Your selected public profile may be visible to others. Anyone in a shared call or workspace can hear or see what you share there. Respect other people’s privacy and obtain permission before sharing their private information.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not use Crew to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm others; send spam; distribute unlawful content; access accounts without authorization; or bypass service security. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights. Report unwanted contact or harmful content through hello@sinuosity.ai.
We may restrict access to address abuse, security issues, or legal obligations. You can stop using Crew and delete your account at any time.
Third-party services and availability
Connected apps, AI providers, Apple, and network services have their own terms and availability. Google integrations remain limited to an authorized testing pilot while verification is pending. Crew does not promise uninterrupted service, error-free results, or completion of a requested task.
Testing access does not create a commitment to a particular future feature, price, or launch date. If paid services are introduced, their pricing and applicable terms will be presented before purchase.
Privacy, deletion, and contact
The privacy policy explains data handling, provider processing, retention, and your controls. Follow the account-deletion instructions to remove your account and saved data. Deletion does not undo completed actions in third-party apps.
